12-Week Program Description
Particpants: an intimate group of up to 10 women navigating similar life changes and challenges
Interactive sessions with homework: guided exercises, practices, and discussions for every stage of transition.
Supportive community: a network of like-minded women for mutual support, accountability, and encouragement to build connections with other women experiencing similar transitions.
Resource library: a collection of articles, videos, and podcasts.
Guest expert practitioners: well-respected guest teachers and practitioners.
Practical tools and strategies: actionable insights and tools to navigate life’s changes with confidence and resilience.
Cohort size: 10 women of all ages experiencing change
Practitioners: Lead facilitator, me, Fly Stingone, and guest experts will join us to share their knowledge and answer questions
Module duration: 3 hours per session
Total duration: 12 weeks, one session per week
