ABOUT

Meet Fly Stingone

Felicia “Fly” Stingone is a Chopra-trained life coach with decades of experience as a champion and advocate for women. Her mission is to help women navigate life’s most challenging transitions and emerge transformed.

Fly inspires us to ask meaningful questions of ourselves and to feel safe embracing change and exploring new possibilities. She brings boundless energy and strategic thinking to every client, relationship, and situation. For over 30 years, her insights and intuitive understanding of human behavior have made her a trusted guide for companies, leaders, and individuals. She has led brands to make integrity-driven decisions, united communities in action, and helped individuals find clarity in times of uncertainty.

As a co-founder of the nonprofit Fly Female Founders, a workshop facilitator for women entrepreneurs, and an adviser to women-led communities like Luminary, EvolveMe, and Loopwell, Fly has significantly supported women's empowerment. Her work has created inclusive environments and facilitated meaningful conversations.

Fly’s work thrives at the intersection of wisdom and curiosity, where thoughtful exploration inspires personal growth. She has developed her life coaching practice and programs by tapping her wealth of lived experiences and incorporating the lessons she’s learned from her teachers, mentors, and coaches over the last three decades.

Like many women, I’ve faced challenging, even painful, life shifts that taught me self-compassion and resilience and ultimately profoundly transformed me and my life.
